Workplace Conflict Resolution Training

The aim of this Conflict Resolution Training course is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to effectively manage and resolve conflicts in various settings. By the end of the course, participants will be able to understand the dynamics of conflict, communicate more effectively, and implement practical strategies to resolve disputes amicably.

Classroom or Webinar Training: 2.5 – 3 hours

This course can be delivered in our training centre in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, by webinar, or at customer nominated locations nationwide.

12 People per group for classroom or webinar training.

Candidate Requirements

 

Learners must have a good understanding of English or use of a translator will be required. 

For classroom based training at the customer’s nominated location, a suitable training room or training area is to be provided.

Accreditation

 

On successful completion of this course, learners will be awarded a NST Certificate in Chemical Safety Training. This will be valid for 3 years.

We provide free post training support and advice to any learner or customer who may require it.

€595 per group for private bookings.

€125 per person on a public course. (Public courses are subject to demand).
