NST & FSPA Certified HACCP Food Safety Training Levels 1, 2 & 3

Certified Food Safety
Course - Level 1
This is a basic food safety course that must be completed by anybody working with food. This particular course is perfect as induction training for front of house and service staff, or as Refresher Training for those who have previously completed training Level 2 Training.

This Course outlines the food safety skills that should be demonstrated by managers and supervisors in food businesses. The course will provide participants with the right knowledge, skills and attitude on managing their Food Safety Management System as set out in the Food Safety Authority Training Guide Level 3.

They will have a better understanding of the principles of HACCP and how to manage the pre-requisites programme.
