Lone Worker First Aid Training
This Lone worker first aid course is designed for participants who work alone and need first aid skills they can administer on the themselves. In addition, reduction of risk through methods of reducing likelihood of first aid emergency. Moreover, raising the alarm for colleagues through a buddy system.
COURSE CONTENT
- Knowing the warning signs of potential illnesses
- Using the first aid kit
- Using foil blanket properly to stay warm until help arrives
- Checking in with a buddy
- Medical emergencies, diabetes, epilepsy, and poisoning
- Respiratory emergencies
- Bleeds and wounds
- Muscularskeletal injuries
- Burns and chemical burns
