This course prepares participants to deliver manual handling training in the workplace. It covers anatomy, safe lifting, risk assessment, and legal requirements under Irish health and safety legislation.
On completion, participants will be able to deliver effective manual handling training in line with legislation and best practice.
The course is ideal for those wishing to become certified Manual Handling Instructors or for organisations training employees in-house.
