


Lone Worker First Aid Training
This course is designed for individuals who work alone and require the skills to administer first aid to themselves in the event of an emergency. Training covers practical self-aid techniques, methods of reducing the likelihood of first aid incidents, and strategies to manage medical emergencies when immediate assistance may not be available.
Participants will also learn how to raise the alarm effectively, use communication and monitoring systems, and apply buddy systems to enhance lone worker safety.
We provide all types of First aid Training including Emergency First aid, First Aid Response, Mental Health First aid, CPR & AED (Defib) Training and more.
COURSE CONTENT
- Knowing the warning signs of potential illnesses
- Using the first aid kit
- Using foil blanket properly to stay warm until help arrives
- Checking in with a buddy
- Medical emergencies, diabetes, epilepsy, and poisoning
- Respiratory emergencies
- Bleeds and wounds
- Muscularskeletal injuries
- Burns and chemical burns
